Fits: 13-14" calf (These values are estimated, so, if it doesn't work, just add or subtract a few blo sc rows, keeping them an even number that is divisible by 3 when 2 stitches are added. For a smaller cuff, do 34 rows; for a larger cuff, do 46. My calves are 13.5", and these have quite a bit of stretch.)
